Matt McGill  ^{"I look forward to exceeding your expectations."}              

Matt has been living and enjoying life in the Langley area since 1993.  After graduating from Langley Secondary High School he felt a draw to real estate, not a far stretch having grown up with a mother in the business.  Through the years Matt watched Mom close many deals during meals and family outings.  At a young age, Matt managed one of the largest real estate sign companies in the Valley.  There he developed a personal love of the business and honed an already strong work ethic.  He also acquired an in depth knowledge of the lower mainland's real estate areas and values, as well as creating invaluable contacts along the way. 

Matt became a licensed real estate agent after attending Sauder School of Business at UBC.  His transition to real estate sales revealed a casual and natural success.  Matt is a Medallion Club Member at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and was recently presented with the HomeLife Chairman Award 2010, naming him in the Top 7 Salesmen in all of Canada.  When asked, Matt attributes his success to both an intrinsic motivation to be the best and loving the challenge to always find the best solution for any client's specific needs.  He has a true passion for people and for creating lifelong relationships. 

During his down time you can find Matt with his beautiful wife Marianne and 4 daughters, Madison, Lola, Ireland and the late 2010 addition to the "McGirls", Summer.  Matt also enjoys the outdoor life, baseball, golf, he coaches Madison's soccer team and plays on a community hockey league.  Matt sincerely values the strength of family, both his and yours.

Donna McGill                                                                                   

From a very young age (30???) Donna wanted to sell real estate.  A husband that traveled, 3 young boys and a career in Human Resources followed by a few years of running their custom machinery manufacturing business meant putting the ‘want’ on the back burner for awhile.  Once she and her husband sold the business and the boys were capable of a making grilled cheese sandwiches and Kraft Dinner, she was off!

Donna has now been selling real estate in the Lower Mainland for the last 15 years and loving every minute of it!  No day is ever the same and whether she’s negotiating the sale of a client’s home, searching for that perfect new home or just making sure that move is seamless, there’s never a dull moment.  Donna points out the similarities between raising 3 boys and having a thriving career in real estate, you have to be completely in touch with your clients and your children if you want them to succeed.  Donna also speaks of the cycle of homeownership.  She’s been the jittery first time homebuyer, had the moves that were heartbreaking, the ones that were exciting and shortly she’s approaching the downsize move.  She’s seen it all.

Recently, Donna teamed up with the eldest of her three sons, Matthew to form a real estate team that covers all the bases.  Her years of experience, sense of humor and down home customer service style, his unbridled enthusiasm and fresh perspective and the introduction of the latest technology balance the scale of a complete service and marketing plan.

Although Donna wasn’t blessed with daughters, she has been blessed with granddaughters and loves being a grandma. In addition to being busy grandma and grandpa to 4, Donna and her husband enjoy spending time cycling, hiking, boating and cooking.
